We are Splotch.es, we make websites. There are websites out there where the backgrounds are flashing, and te text blink and the marquee scroll; videos formats in QuickTime and content displayed in Comic San. Somewhere there’s tables, somewhere there’s incompetence, and somewhere else the tea’s getting cold. Come on pascal. We’ve got work to do.

Born out of a deep interest in how technology works, and how the internet helps people connect, Pascal studied web application development.
Over the past four years he has applied his understanding of development to help people find and access the information they want, specifically in the areas of multimedia and entertainment.

Having been involved in designing websites for over a decade, Andrew learnt to make them initially as a hobby. Over time he refined his ability to create cleanly structured, standards compliant HTML and CSS.
The websites he designs are clean, efficient and optimised to give an intuitive experience.
IT is an area that continually evolves and Andrew's passion is to absorb the new techniques and ideas and add them to his repertoire.
